Heather and I went to the beach the other day after a big storm and there where these things all over the beach. We thought they looked like jelly fish but they wern't very gelatinous so i took a few photos and looked them up on the internet when we got home. They are Cannonball Jelly Fish. They are a little larger the a softball and their poison is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis. Creepy.
I took this at a local BBQ resturant. Thats right, scripture right on the side of the bottle. We really are in the south.

Shake well and refrigerate after opening....the Scriptures? the Bottle? What a funny funny thing. I love NC; it always keeps you laughing. The jellyfish are really creepy!
I'm so glad that you took those pictures. My kids think that's awesome. That bottle thing is creepier to me than the jelly-fish. How funny!
yeah, those jellyfish are super creepy. my friend that lives there says that there's tons of turtles that walk around, too! bizarre!
Have you been to the aquarium? There are lots of turtles in the bird refuge area on the way out. There are also some jellyfish exhibits like the one you saw on the beach, and lots of other really good exhibits. I've been there three or four times, but I haven't seen any scriptures there. Maybe I should complain.
